Who helps you in your workout more than anyone? For me, it's Flo-Rida! I like to work out on my own because I hate talking through a workout. Flo-Rida's music seems to boost my energy for some reason. Thanks dude!

Ouch!

I am completely sore from yesterdays workout. The kind of sore where it hurts to walk, bend down to pick up the baby, and to get up or down the stairs (which I do like 30 times a day)! It is extremely difficult to exercise outside in Washington. I purchased a jogging stroller which I love, but the weather here is brutal. It rains from sun up to sun down. If it happens to be sunny, it's too cold to take the baby out. If it's warm enough it's too windy to take the baby out. So... yesterday I set up a circuit workout in my garage!
I used...
the 4 stairs for cardio and lunges
my yoga mat for crunches, push-ups, sitting core twists, dead-lifts, and chest presses.

I have my own gym in my garage! I did a 30 minute circuit while Harry had his nap. I think the stairs did me in. My poor knees and hamstrings. Ouch! But I will be back tomorrow!
Today I ate about 1650 calories- not as good as yesterday but still progress. I was tired today. I eat more when I tired.

Everyone is healthier

Just a side note! I am actually looking at labels now. Not for calories and fat but for ingredients. I recently pulled Red#40 from Ashlynn's diet and she is a somewhat different girl. Her attention has increased and she actually listens to me with less distraction! Oh my. It's a work in progress but I'm moving toward buying products with less than 7 ingrediants (to start). Most products have more that 20!! Yuck.

Day 1

All I have to say is - Food Journaling - It's amazing!! It works!
Calories - 1100

Fed Up!

I'm doing it! I want to lose the weight because I want to feel good in my body and in my clothes. Plain and simple.
My family will be visiting Hawaii when Howie returns from his deployment. And my goal? TWENTY POUNDS IN ONE YEAR. Sounds easy right?? We'll see.
