you know, you mentioned my muscles. But guess what...the good news for you is you have less fat to lose to actually see them! In otherwords, losing 10 pounds AND working on improving your muscle tone is a double positive for you! If you stick to cardio, weights, and a good healthy diet, you should start to see results sooner rather than later. People are always asking heather what they can do to get a six pack, and she always tells them DIET! Bc most of us have those muscles already, they are just being protected by cushioning. it finally hit me that I dont need to make my biceps any bigger...just need to focus on losing a little more insulation!
